Whether concert attendance, ride with the Ferris wheel or culinary experience journey: Due to the location of our parking garages you are right in the middle of the “Werksviertel-Mitte” and park your car safely thanks to 24-hour surveillance. And if you wish, you can recharge your electric car at one of our numerous charging points.

You want to become a long-term parker in the Werkviertel-Mitte? We are looking forward to your inquiry and will be happy to offer you parking spaces in different tariff groups if there is sufficient capacity. Please note that these spaces cannot be reserved.
We also ask for your understanding if it is not immediately possible to provide a permanent parking space. In this case, we will gladly add your request to our waiting list and inform you as soon as sufficient places are available again.

You are a settler in the Werkviertel-Mitte and would like to offer your customers a cost-effective parking option? With our discounters it is possible for you to discount the price of a parking ticket to a predetermined amount. No matter whether your customer parks for free or for a lower price: You will receive an invoice for the difference conveniently by post or e-mail after the end of the accounting month.
Security
We don’t think any of us would like to park our car in an unguarded lot. And despite brightly lit areas, some of us get a queasy feeling when she or he walks alone through a parking garage at night.
Knowing this, all our parking areas are monitored by cameras. Our colleagues at the gate in the ECKHaus keep an eye on them around the clock. And if something should happen, we can support the police work with the secured video recordings.
On-site service
If you have any further problems (e.g. finding your ticket), please contact the colleagues at the gate. Whether by pressing the call button on the machine or by phone (089 41320) – we will help you quickly and easily. During the opening hours of the Info-Kiosk (Mon-Fri 8:00 – 20:00; weekends 12:00 – 18:00), their staff are also available to answer your questions and solve your problems.

New times are dawning! E-mobility is picking up speed quickly and we have taken precautions. Why not use your parking time and recharge your vehicle during your stay. There are currently 22 charging points available for this purpose:
Autospeicher: 14x
Outdoor area Container Collective: 7x
Parking lot Piusstraße: 1x
No problem. At all pay stations there is a call button to connect to our continuously manned gate. Just briefly describe your problem, state the number of the pay machine you are at (blue sign on the top right of the machine) and your license plate number. Our system will then automatically calculate the correct price based on the time of entry.
Please send us an e-mail to info@parkwerkgmbh.de and tell us the day of your stay and your registration number. We will then gladly send you a copy of the receipt.
The Atelierstrasse is currently a short-term parking zone. You may park for 30 minutes with a parking disc on display. Please note that we will have vehicles towed away at the owner’s expense after this time has elapsed and will charge all costs to the owner.
At our automatic pay stations for the Autospeicher and the Autosaal (WERK3, WERK12 and WERK17) you can pay with cash as well as all common EC and credit cards. You can recognise the machines by their yellow colour.
Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible at our automatic pay stations at the Piusstraße car park. These are the two blue machines.
Unfortunately, advance reservation is not possible at present. As soon as the conditions are met, we will update this point accordingly.
The maximum parking time is 48 hours.
Please contact the police station 21 (089/624020) for the location of your vehicle. The towing company will provide this information to the police immediately after parking the vehicle.
